Job Description
  • Manage the implementation and integration of Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD) acroClient Executive Branch
  • Provide technical project management guidance to EOTSS Identity and Access Management (IAM) and AD teams as well as Executive Branch applications teams with the migration effort from the in place IAM platform (Idaptive/CyberArk) to Azure AD. This will include collaborating and scheduling of resources from the EOTSS IAM team, EOTSS AD team, Executive Branch application team resources, and professional services/vendor resources.
  • Manage the migration/consolidation of all Active Directory (AD) Forests outside the EOTSS AD forest consolidating into the EOTSS AD forest. This will include collaborating with and scheduling of resources from AD teams at each Executive Branch, EOTSS AD team, and professional services/vendor resources.
  • Understand teams' requirements and turn them into functional specifications for the platform
  • Create, update and/or contribute to documentation to help our teams be successful in implementing their workflows for MFA and Active Directory, including end user documentation
  • Manage workstreams in collaboration with vendor partners, maintain plans, schedules, and other typical Agile Project Management artifacts

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage expectations with stakeholders
  • Good eye for design and attention to details
Successful Candidate Competencies:
  • Self-driven and self-aware Senior Program Manager with proven history of demonstrated and measurable business impacts thru influence and direct team leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and deliver customer and partner business results                                                                                                             
  • Influencing others: the ability to move others across organizational boundaries to a desired business outcome when there is no clear "ownership” of an issue
  • Strong leadership, relationship building to create, reinforce, motivate, and guide colleagues, customers, and partners
  • Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, partners, and across organizational boundaries
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of program management experience with technical aptitude & hands-on experience
  • Proven experience developing identity management for many users
  • Ability to drive technical solutions and in-depth understanding of scalable software systems
  • A track record of building, executing platform strategy and delivering cloud services to enable improved user experiences for many users
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical background in like Identity and Access Management especially Azure Active Directory
  • Technical background in Microsoft Active Directory
  • Knowledge and understanding of security risk and threat assessment methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively deliver gaps and findings and negotiate prioritization.
  • 3+ years' experience enabling customers with Microsoft Azure Active Directory cloud services (Office 365 plus other cloud services highly desired)
 
Responsibilities
  • Define requirements and processes that will enable Azure AD to continue to improve its security posture.
  • Identify and deliver strategies for mitigation of top service security-related gaps
  • Engage with partner teams to remediate issues
  • Provide timely and accurate project status updates to stakeholders and Executive Leadership
