Your Responsibilities
As part of our core team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting technical talent in Spain across all technologies and industries. You’ll own the whole process for a specific role, from active sourcing, through the interview process and up to negotiating the job offers. Additionally, you’ll have exposure to the hiring managers and will be discussing with them the individual candidates. You’ll have the personal freedom to work on your own initiatives related to improve both the candidate and the customer experiences.
Deep technical knowledge of programming is not required, however you should have a notion of the state of software development, understand the common terms, and are able to confidently source for specific technologies on LinkedIn, as well as evaluate CVs.
During the onboarding process, you’ll learn about our company and our value proposition. After getting fully up-to-speed (2-3 weeks), you’ll get directly into recruiting, which means scanning tens to hundreds of profiles per week and contacting candidates. This is a significant volume, and even though it will not be constant, be sure, you are prepared for that kind of weekly load. Without doubt, you will get all the support and guidance you need along the way.
