8allocate is a global provider of end-to-end custom software development solutions to companies all over the globe, from North America to the EU to Israel to Australia.


Headquartered in Estonia, we run offshore R&D centers in Kyiv and Lviv. Our team is 50% remote and distributed. We specialize in flexible interaction exclusively with international clients (we cover industries from commercial aviation to fintech) thanks to a multinational support group of experts and management.


Currently, we are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team.

Requirements:
  • Accounting experince in GAAP & IFRS;
  • Extensive experience with cost, revenue, payroll, fixed assets, and intangible assents, accounts payables and receivables, inventories;
  • Timely establishment of targets for future periods, and future prognosis;
  • Up-to-date information on the financial situation of the company at all times;
  • Understanding and analyzing the logic of reporting;
  • Ability to set priorities correctly;
  • Professional MS Excel user;
  • Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:
  • Financial and Operational reporting in Ukraine and Estonia (Zoho book);
  • Private entrepreneurs reporting in 1C program;
  • Contracts: monitoring of financial terms and conditions in contracts;
  • Invoicing;
  • Communications with foreign banks and partners for payments, commissions, hold;
  • Control and timely recovery of accounts receivable;
  • Financial planning and monitoring.

Work Schedule:

You can work from 9 am till 6 pm or from 10 am till 7 pm.
