Job description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end users.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.


Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Experience in MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
  • Experience in Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP, and VPN, including physical connection (cables, switches, access points, routers) and logical/ software
