Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking ARIS Subject Matter Expert for DoDAF with a passion for growth and business transformation. The ARIS SME for DoDAF will have an understanding of the Federal DoDAF requirements and understanding the overall government deliverable process. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The ARIS SME for DoDAF will ensure that the enterprise and its architecture are in alignment. He or she links the business mission, strategy, and processes of our client organization to its IT strategy, and documents this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.

  • Performs functional analysis, design, reengineering, development and maintenance of Enterprise Architecture and associated artifacts orienting primarily on Department of Defense Architectural Framework (DoDAF) operational views and business processes
  • Supports the full scope of the DoDAF as required
  • Develops and maintains operational processes in area of responsibility
  • Designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces
  • Ensures systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, and profiles of applicable standards
  • Manages and continuously improve the design of IT architectures and processes while supporting DoDAF and the client's methodologies and frameworks

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • SAP consultant with extensive experience in ECC, including FI, FM, US Federal Financials and MM modules.
  • SAP experience in US Federal Financials and 8 additional years of Federal Financial industry experience outside of SAP environment.
  • Functional FI and FM Project Lead or Team Lead on several engagements.
  • 5+ years of SAP business process experience
  • Knowledge of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and the development of the associated architecture products
  • Experience in documenting business process flow diagrams including the descriptions defining the objects and flows in a manner that is grammatically correct and is clear and understandable to multiple audiences
  • Experience using architecture modeling tool to generate reports and to maintain architecture views
  • Knowledge in new emerging technologies such as SAP HANA or equivalent

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED – Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Required
  • Master’s Degree, Preferred 

Required Certifications:

  • No required certifications.
  • SAP, SAFe, CSM certifications desired. 

Other:

  • Must be US Citizen
  • Must have Active DoD Secret clearance or Ability to Obtain it
  • Willingness to be on-site daily
