Your mission

Join Paradigm as we redefine the financial landscape through decentralized finance. We are on the lookout for a Senior Quantitative Trader to be a key player in our Quantitative Research team. In this role, you’ll focus on building and refining trading and risk infrastructure for Paradex Protocol Vaults.

Strategy Development: Build systematic trading strategies to provide liquidity and generate profit for protocol vaults.
Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage trading metrics and data analysis to enhance decision-making, scale existing strategies, and boost profitability.
Creative Problem Solving: Apply innovative problem-solving techniques and strategic decision-making to optimize execution.
Team Collaboration: Regularly update stakeholders on strategy performance, propose actionable improvements, and align on project goals to drive a shared vision forward.
