    Role

    Kegmil is looking for a Business Analyst (ERP) who collaborates with the Product Manager to understand the business requirements (e.g: business case, product vision, and roadmap) related to a product and/or market. As Product Owner, you will be responsible for decomposing the product’s high-level vision and roadmap into detailed, prioritized user stories used to collaborate with the Scrum team in execution. You also represent the voice of the customer/users, become expert on the product, and be accountable for delivering the vision and the value to the market.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead in creation of technical and functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams. Create and communicate requirements artifacts that translate business needs into executable stories.
    • Collaborates with stakeholders and users to empathize the situation and identify the problems. Validate the problems statements to ensure that the product can deliver the real value to customers and users.
    • Collaborates with the Scrum team and stakeholders to ideate on the solutions, validate the solution on many levels: Conceptual, Prototype, and in the development circle.
    • Break down the solution including functional and non-functional requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks.
    • Collaborates with Product Design to create, review, and validate wireframes and/or prototypes.
    • Collaborates with the Product Design team to conduct user research to define user expectations, trails, and experiences.
    • Continuously prioritizes and maintains the product backlog for assigned products and features. Balancing the requirements of customers, stakeholders, and required technical efforts and owning the decision to pivot when necessary.
    • Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with team members
    • Effectively conveys the product vision to the Scrum team to map a clear path and create alignment
    • Works closely with the Development Team to ensure sprint development goals are met, reprioritized as needed, and scope is maintained
    • Participates/Leads in various Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives
    • Defends the integrity of the sprint goal and the committed work
    • Provides quick, day-to-day, just-in-time decisions to business level questions for the Scrum team
    • Provides sign off on product release functionality through validation of user stories and acceptance criteria

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in business analyst role with big focus on ERP system (at least 3 YOE)
    • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
    • Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail. Good listener.
    • Has an effective balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
    • Proactive, self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude; comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment;
    • A strong sense of empathy and passion for a great user experience
    • Able to explain concepts and processes clearly and effectively in verbal and in writing
    • Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment
    • Experience working with a Scrum team in an Agile development environment
    • Proven leadership ability.
