Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and
detail-oriented individual to join our Microsoft Licensing and Operations team
as a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst - Quoting and Ordering Systems. This
entry-level position will play a crucial role in monitoring, assessing, and
analyzing the quality and accuracy of quotes and orders to ensure they meet the
highest standards.
Job Description:
Test Case Execution: Execute test cases specific to the quoting and ordering systems. Document results and report any discrepancies or issues found during the testing and audit process.
Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze the requirements and specifications of the quoting and ordering systems to develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Reporting: Identify, log, and track issues in the quoting and ordering systems. Collaborate with the Microsoft Licensing and Operations Leadership team to reproduce and resolve these issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of test cases, audit results, and other QA-related activities to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Microsoft Licensing and Operations Leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables within the quoting and ordering processes.
Learning and Development: Continuously enhance skills by participating in training sessions and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and quoting/order systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a
related field is preferred.
Ability to
identify inconsistencies and errors in quotes and orders with meticulous
precision.
Strong
analytical thinking to understand requirements and identify test scenarios for
quoting and ordering systems.
Good
verbal and written communication skills to effectively report issues and
interact with the team.Ability to
troubleshoot issues and think critically to identify potential problems in the
quoting and ordering processes.
Ability to work
independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Must be able to work a night shift schedule.
