Your Contribution:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lead generation team, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met. 
  • Coach and train team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as necessary. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies aligned with the company's sales and marketing goals. 
  • Craft sales-driven lead qualification criteria to ensure leads are accurately assessed and prioritized. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation activities with overall business objectives. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine lead generation processes and strategies continually. 
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system. 
  • opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives. 
  • The Lead Generation Manager is expected to be an active participant in lead generation, qualification, and lead follow up activities. 


Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; and/or proven experience (5+ years) in lead generation roles.
  • t least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to craft and implement sales-driven qualification criteria.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software and lead generation tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud and/or CRM is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and other corporate systems software.
