At Recology, you’ll join a team of passionate, creative, and dedicated individuals who are leaders in sustainability. As the only 100% employee-owned company in the waste and recycling industry, our employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) ensures that our company remains in the hands of our employee-owners, not external stakeholders. This means that every team member has a stake in our success and shares in the rewards of our collective efforts. Founded by immigrants in early 1900s San Francisco, Recology started with the vision of seeing value in what others discarded. Today, we continue this mission with over 3,700 employee-owners serving more than one million customers across California, Oregon, and Washington. Our services include residential and commercial waste collection and recycling, curbside composting, construction and demolition debris recycling, and more. Each service is designed to keep our communities clean and materials out of the landfills. Where some see waste, we see resources. Join us at Recology, where you’ll help customers divert waste from landfills, embrace sustainable practices, and contribute to a future without waste.
