We’re looking for a Recruiter to take the lead on full-cycle recruiting—connecting passionate professionals with life-changing opportunities.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent across all departments
Develop relationships with hiring managers, colleges, and job boards
Design and implement recruitment strategies and policies
Represent CR at job fairs and open houses
Manage internal job postings and candidate tracking systems
Craft compelling job ads and recruitment materials
Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and more
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 1 year of Human Resources experience (3+ preferred)
Working knowledge of recruitment regulations and HR best practices
Strong communication, discretion, and judgment
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Experience in human services and HRIS systems a plus!
