Job description

We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a key role for someone who is ready to take full ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, while also supporting with HR-related tasks as needed. Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments and levels
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver efficient hiring strategies
  • Coordinate and improve candidate experience throughout the process
  • Support onboarding processes and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as employee documentation, data tracking, and supporting internal HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal employment standards
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both English and Russian (verbal and written)—this is a must
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or international environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and teams
  • HR-related background or experience is a strong advantage
