Purpose Statement

Rich Products, a $5.5Billion food manufacturing company, is currently looking for a Senior COmpensation Analyst. In this role, you will provide the analytical and technical support necessary in developing and managing compensation programs and strategies that align with the organization’s goals, while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance. This position provides expert analysis and guidance on compensation programs, supports data-driven decision-making, and partners with AEN and business leaders to attract, retain, and reward talent effectively.

Whilst we are open to remote applicants for the role, we have a strong prefernce for those located on the east coast.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

 

•Annual Compensation Programs – assist in annual compensation processes including merit increases and incentive awards processes.

•Assist in full cycle of annual compensation programs (base pay adjustments, incentive payments), by communicating annual incentive program (AIP), researching trends for global base pay increase budgets, updating pay ranges, preparing Associate Central Compensation module and/or excel spreadsheets for programs and then creating communication documents. Maintains long term incentive (LTI) roster and works with Finance and external vendor to validate roster and update quarterly update interest.


•Job Evaluations – Work with AEN Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and leadership to evaluate position descriptions by compiling market data and assigning band and incentive levels, using CompAnalyst tool. Reviews data from an internal equity perspective and recommends appropriate course of action. Summarizes data back to requestor and meets to review as necessary.


•Data Analysis and Integrity - Analyze compensation data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Fosters the integrity of compensation-related data maintained in Associate Central by conducting data audits and reviewing with AEN.


•Job Code Creation – Create and update job codes and pay ranges in Associate Central, as needed. Fills out forms for ADP job code creation as well.


•CompAnalyst System Maintenance – work with Rich’s Associate Central team to add associate data to Comp Analyst, to be used for market data analysis, DEI analysis and salary survey submission. Develop a process to have this data updated on a regular basis.


•Salary Survey Completion - Administer annual salary survey process, filling out survey questionnaires in an accurate and timely manner.


•Compliance - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency).


•Special Projects - Assists with specialized compensation projects by conducting research, developing spreadsheet analyses, providing recommendations and preparing reports/presentations.


•Perform other related responsibilities, as needed, to support Rich Products Corporation's business objectives.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or other analytical discipline; concentration in Human Resources preferred

· Between 5 – 8 years experience in compensation analysis or total rewards

· Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including researching information and making recommendations based upon such analyses

· Demonstrated mathematical and statistical aptitude

· Advanced Excel skills (e.g. complex formulas, If statements, Lookup Tables and Pivot Tables); proficiency using Microsoft Office suite

· Ability to access, utilize and maintain data in an automated information system. Knowledge of Success Factors and ADP preferred.

· Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to effectively provide customer service and develop a consulting relationship with AEN professionals and leadership throughout the organization

· Effective written and oral communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage small to medium-size projects

· High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

 

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$92,700.00 - $125,500.00
