We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, growth-oriented, positive Operations Manager to oversee our residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in occupied homes ranging from $300,000 to $4,000,000 in home values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational excellence, project execution, and team leadership, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional client experiences (5-Star Google Reviews) while profitably scaling a business.
What We Offer
Compensation in excess of $250,000:
Base Salary of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience
Industry’s most generous and uncapped performance-based bonuses – an A-Player should be able to make over $150,000 in bonuses alone (even more as we grow)

Role Overview
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects simultaneously, managing project managers, field supervisors, and install crews (W-2 and 1099), and ensuring all aspects of project execution meet our standards for timeliness, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction (5-Star Google Reviews!). You will also play a pivotal role in recruiting, integrating, and coaching our operations team as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Grow, lead, and manage a team of project managers, field supervisors, and install crews (W-2 and 1099)
Ensure consistent achievement of high gross profit margins across all projects
Drive operational excellence by refining workflows and improving efficiency
Plan, monitor, and execute all project roadmap steps, including:
Delivering dream kitchens and bathrooms to our clients
Maintain exceptional client experience to ensure 5-Star Google Reviews
Manage our project management system (Buildertrend) to track performance
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify scope, time, and quality standards and client experience
Oversee installer recruitment and labor allocation (W-2 and 1099)
Report operational performance to senior leadership and support strategic planning
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of operations and project management experience in residential remodeling, including experience with profitably scaling a residential remodeling business
Strong background in managing high-end and high-volume kitchen and bathroom renovations
Experience with kitchen cabinetry vendors, material procurement (especially kitchen cabinetry ordering), and job costing
Tech savvy and fluent in Buildertrend or equivalent project management platforms
Positive, proactive, solution-finder with excellent leadership and communication skills
Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset
Hungry for success! Result-oriented! Driven by performance-based bonuses, not base salary!
Reliable (Always do what you say you will do!) and always be early to meetings and projects
High integrity – you always do what’s right, not what’s easy!
Available for full-time work, with flexible evening and weekend scheduling for urgent project needs and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done!
