Job description

  • Provide technical support for Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and 11, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize remote desktop support tools to assist users effectively and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Assist with the management of Active Directory and Group Policy, including user account management and policy enforcement.
  • Demonstrate basic networking knowledge by resolving connectivity issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Document support processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.



Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools to provide efficient and effective user support.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management for user account and permission control.
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.




Salary: 20000-30000
