Job Description:
RakutenTV is looking for a technical specialist Account Manager to help grow our media division! Rakuten TV is a leading streaming platform, available in 42 countries of Europe, which offers premium Hollywood and local content across various types of access: Transactional Video-on-demand (ie buy or rent movies), AVOD (advertising-based on-demand content) or FAST (linear free TV channels with ads). It is available across multiple devices, such as CTV, mobile, web, and Telcos set top boxes. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Media Client Services, this is a crucial role for driving long-term success and advocacy for our Media programmatic advertising customers. This individual will take ownership of a portfolio of key clients with specific programmatic integrations. This this role will work collaboratively with our Media Sales and Ad Operation divisions to ensure successful delivery, performance analysis and optimization of programmatic campaigns, all while providing excellent customer service to our partners. Other responsibilities will also include all customer success activities including on-boarding, support, adoption, advocacy, upsells and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of programmatic accounts across the RakutenTV product suite.
Deliver performance analysis through regular use of account management tools to monitor multiple KPI’s and data points to optimize set up and maximise revenue.
Minimize revenue loss by highlighting potential issues to Senior Manager for review, escalation, and resolution.
Establish and maintain regular and appropriate communication with the key external contact(s) across your portfolio through face to face meetings, emails and calls.
Support the business through correct use of workflow processes and share feedback to your Senior Manager on challenges to address efficiencies and areas of improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

Technical /functional expertise
2+ years of programmatic advertising experience, ideally in the CTV space, including client services or campaign success (agency, client or consulting)
BA degree in a relevant field preferred but not essential
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong experience in managing client relationships, reinforced by building trust, advising and upselling
Comfortable with large amounts of performance data, including reading, story building and presenting.
Experience working within a DSP, SSP or Ad Server (Magnite, SpringServe, DV360, TheTradeDesk)

Understand and be able to communicate technical specifications and walk through complex issues related to DSP, SSP or Adserver delivery.
