Job description

A Bit About Us

We’re at the forefront of one of the most exciting evolutions of our generation - remote staffing. No longer do employers have to hire according to geography, and no longer do employees have to worry about proximity to work and daily commutes. Today, companies can hire the best talent they can find, anywhere in the world. But they need digital solutions to help them streamline the process…

We are Multiplier! Our global employment platform empowers companies to hire people all across the world by managing the complexities of local compliance, labor contracts, payroll, benefits and taxes - all from one software system. It’s a game changer!

We’re on a mission to impact economies of scale by enabling companies to hire the best candidate for the job, regardless of location. We’re backed by some of the best in the game (Sequoia and Golden Gate Ventures), led by domain level experts, growing, and seeking brilliant like minded enthusiasts to join our team.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Partner Marketing Manager (or Director, depending on experience) to sit at the intersection of our Strategic, Non-Strategic, and Affiliate/Reseller partnership channels.

You’ll own the marketing engine that powers these relationships — from co-branded campaigns to enablement content to launch plans that make our partnerships sing.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, moves fast with limited oversight, and wants to grow into (or continue to excel as) a marketing leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing partners across all three partnership streams

  • Act as the bridge between Partnerships and Marketing, working closely with content, brand, product marketing, and field teams

  • Create co-branded campaigns, enablement materials, partner pages, and event support to drive joint pipeline

  • Design and manage partner launch playbooks, collaborating with partners and internal stakeholders

  • Own reporting and performance tracking for all partner marketing initiatives

  • Help shape the future of partner marketing at Multiplier by contributing to strategy, tooling, and best practices

  • Support the Partnerships team with executive decks, one-pagers, and event prep for key partners (e.g. VC/PE firms, HR tech platforms)

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in partner marketing, B2B SaaS, or growth marketing (with at least some exposure to partnerships)

  • Track record of launching campaigns that drive leads, pipeline, and partner engagement

  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and project management skills

  • Experience collaborating with content, design, events, and product marketing teams

  • A strong sense of ownership and self-direction — you can take a high-level goal and make it happen

  • Strategic thinker who’s also happy to roll up their sleeves

  • Someone who either is or aspires to be a marketing leader — we’re open to either, and will coach you accordingly

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with partners in the HR tech, global employment, or VC/PE ecosystem

  • Prior work in a hyper-growth startup environment

  • Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Notion, Salesforce, Partnerstack and Crossbeam

Title and compensation will be tailored based on experience. We're open to strong manager-level candidates looking to grow, or director-level candidates looking to own a program.
