Job description

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to support our growing team by managing full cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of technical and GTM (go-to-market) roles. This position plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer.

This position is a full-time role. We are 100% remote but candidates must reside and be authorized to work in Costa Rica.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full life cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing to offer, for sales, technical and technology-adjacent positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements; assist in refining job descriptions and role specifications.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Conduct ad hoc market research and role benchmarking for new or evolving position types.
  • Source and engage candidates through various technology-centric platforms and professional networks.
  • Conduct candidate introduction calls and maintain consistent communication throughout the interview process.
  • Recommend and execute effective sourcing and outreach strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews using a variety of formats (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, phone, text, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed of their status and next steps.
  • Stay current with recruiting best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
Required
  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with proven success filling technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, job functions, and industry terminology.
  • Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit at speed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting databases.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent tools).
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with Breezy (ATS platform).
  • Prior experience working in an agency or staffing firm environment is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to or understanding of Agile practices, particularly in technical or product-focused teams.
