Hi, we’re Search Atlas Group! We’re hiring a Software Product Manager to lead and accelerate the development of our SEO software platform. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features quickly and at a high quality bar.

Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership: Define and manage product features from ideation to release, working with engineers, QA, and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Agile Process & Delivery: Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives. Maintain structured epics, issues, and milestones in GitLab.
  • Documentation & Ticketing: Write clear and detailed tickets with embedded screenshots, Figma links, and Loom recordings. Ensure requirements are complete, actionable, and aligned with sprint goals.
  • Quality & Usability: Test new features in staging, report bugs, and verify fixes. Proactively surface usability issues and suggest product improvements.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work directly with senior leadership to prioritize roadmap items, align engineering velocity with product goals, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or software company
  • Strong familiarity with Git-based workflows, especially GitLab
  • Experience writing user stories, test cases, and technical requirements
  • Proficient in Figma and Loom for design communication and walkthroughs
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery cycles and product development
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high-speed, high-responsibility environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Able to work EST hours from LATAM, Africa, Middle East, or Eastern Europe

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Experience with SEO platforms, analytics tools, or dev-focused products
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI-enhanced user experiences
  • Proficiency in tools like Retool or Mixpanel
  • Background in usability testing, design systems, or prototype iteration
  • Hands-on QA or technical experience validating user stories and edge cases
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 USD per month (depending on experience and location)
  • Benefits: 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year’s Day Paid Off
