What You’ll Do

As a State Program Manager, you’ll help execute Edmentum’s state program strategies by coordinating internal teams, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting process improvements. You’ll apply your knowledge of education policy to ensure our offerings align with state requirements and help drive business success.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the execution of state program strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain and improve documentation for adoptions, grants, and standards alignment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with state requirements
  • Monitor education policy and share insights with stakeholders
  • Track program data and support reporting and compliance efforts
  • Assist in resolving issues and escalating risks when needed

Who You Are

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in program coordination or project management
  • You are familiar with state and federal education policy
  • You are organized and detail-oriented
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate well with others
  • You are comfortable interpreting policy and applying it to operations
  • You manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • You are committed to continuous improvement and learning
  • You are passionate about education and equity.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$82,000$110,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
