Our Consumer Servicing organization is in search of a Director of Engineering, Servicing Platforms. This role is crucial in leading the engineering group responsible for the foundational technology that drives customer success and satisfaction after their purchase. You will collaborate with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders across product, operations, and legal to ensure the platform is reliable, compliant, and scalable. This requires thoughtful leadership across a broad scope of charters, all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction: you will oversee the self-service and agent-facing systems that empower customers to manage their accounts, resolution flows that turn experiences like disputes and refunds into opportunities to build trust, and our credit reporting platform— a function core to our customers' financial success.

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $300,000 - $380,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $267,000 - $327,000
