We are building the GTM Analytics and Insights Team to transform data into insights, initiatives, actions and results. The team leverages big data sets, analytical tools and techniques, and business partnerships to drive business decisions that maximize revenue growth.
As a Data Analyst, you will be tasked to create, operationalize, and maintain business and financial models to help with insights gathering within the Go-To-Market function. You must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and identify interdependencies between the company’s processes and metrics. We trust you that you would collaborate with others, form intelligent opinions, and present your thoughts to your colleagues, your manager, and sometimes, to key decision-makers as well.
Develop a deep understanding of the business, from its data/metrics to its operational challenges and opportunities
Support business performance deep-dive to identify critical trends and size opportunities for maximizing revenue growth
Identify opportunities to develop, optimize, or overhaul business processes through system configurations or customizations.
Work with Big Data, do data transformation work, and help build complex financial and operating models for historical analysis and forecasting.
Communicate complex analysis and financial/operating model to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Experience and familiarity with SaaS Enterprise systems and SaaS business operations are preferred.
Ability to deliver actionable insights by synthesizing data into practical formats, and influence through logic, interpretation of data, and effective communication
Technical skills would be a plus, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Domo, Alteryx, and other Business Intelligence tools.
Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to work US business hours
