What we’re looking for: 

We’re seeking an ambitious, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is energized by the opportunity to own full-cycle sales. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with a mix of inside and outside sales

  • Proven track record of high performance and quota achievement

  • Experience selling to Director- and VP-level decision-makers

  • Strong interest in technology and passion for the art and science of sales

  • Prior experience in a startup environment preferred

  • Experience selling to Marketing or HR professionals a plus

What you’ll do: 

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business and revenue growth for Printfection. You will:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new business opportunities (inbound and outbound)

  • Partner with Marketing to execute targeted account strategies across industries and territories

  • Qualify, manage, and convert leads using a consultative approach tailored to each customer’s needs

  • Deliver compelling product pitches, demos, and business cases that align with customer goals

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders by deeply understanding their needs and articulating Printfection’s value

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast

  • Consistently exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets

How you’ll be measured: 

  • Achievement of sales quotas (quarterly and annual)

  • Volume and velocity of qualified pipeline

  • Customer engagement and satisfaction

  • Forecast accuracy and pipeline management

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams

How you’ll make a difference: 

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll directly contribute to Printfection’s growth trajectory and the success of our customers by delivering innovative swag solutions. Your ability to effectively engage with prospects and convert them into long-term partners will play a key role in transforming an outdated $30B industry while helping brands delight and connect with their audiences.

Compensation: 

We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.

  • For this salaried exempt position is $80,000 - $120,000 base plus a performance bonus targeted at 40% tied to individual/company performance and continued retention. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
