We are looking for a curious Client Service Trainee and detail-oriented individual aiming to build a career in client services. Focused on learning how to manage client inquiries, provide effective support, and utilize Digital tools to ensure client satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities and Daily Duties
While you are learning, you will be given tasks that grow in complexity over time. These are the typical day-to-day expectations:
- Handling Basic Client Inquiries: You will start by managing straightforward client questions via email, phone, or live chat. These could be about order status, basic product features, or general information.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: A critical and immediate responsibility. You are expected to document all client interactions in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot). This includes summarizing the issue, the steps taken, and the resolution.
- Supporting Senior Team Members: You will often work in a supporting role, assisting senior colleagues with their client portfolios. This might involve gathering data, preparing for client meetings, or handling follow-up communications.
- Internal Collaboration: You'll be expected to work with other departments. For example, you might need to liaise with the technical team to resolve a client's bug report or with the billing department to clarify an invoice query.
- Learning Internal Systems: Gaining proficiency in the company's software and Google marketing platform tools is a core expectation. This includes the CRM, communication platforms ( Slack), and any proprietary software from our Partners ( Google, Meta, Publishers).
Reporting to the Senior Client Service Responsable, you will help prioritize project requests, tasks & deliverables according to business needs across different Industries. This is an exciting time to join as our Client Service team is going through a big period of growth.

- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) - even from online tutorials
- Bilingual/Multilingual in Portuguese and proficient in spoken and written English (Italian and Spanish would be a plus)
- You have a proactive & cooperative approach toward problem-solving,
- You can translate customer needs and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction,
- Certifications on Google Marketing Platform and Meta tools would be a plus
Requirements for applying:
- The internship is for a minimal period of 6 months (Part-time or Full-time)
- You are eligible to sign a university agreement with us or Internships via IEFP.
