About the Role

Drive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Lead social media campaigns, manage SEO/SEM, analyze data to optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies for websites, email marketing, and digital advertising. Stay updated on industry trends to propose innovative digital initiatives. Require 5+ yrs digital marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM tools. Apply various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services and brands. Develop and coordinates multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays). May involve use of sponsorship, events and sales promotions. Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline. Solves a range of routine problems. Demonstrates some proficiency with concepts and processes. Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more senior level roles.

Responsibilities

1.根据产品特点及实际情况，把控数字营销成本，制定不同阶段的投放策略并持续跟踪投放效果，能提出有效的优化建议并沟通执行；

2.管理站内外营销投放活动，对于投放的人群精细化方案把控，分析各个渠道投放方案的可行性，监控各渠道投放成本有效性（包括SEM、信息流广告投放、达人资源获取和使用等）；

3.挖掘分析主题，开展数据分析工作，基于数据分析成果，为业务部门提供商业策略分析和业务优化建议，持续改进投放效果，提高产品转化率，对最终ROI负责；

4.每日、周、及月相关数据报表的汇总，并能从数据报表中发掘问题，找到相应规律，及时进行账户投放方式的调整，优化广告投放；

5.研究各平台营销玩法，包括产品、人群、内容，并优化广告投放，如谷歌、百度、信息流、抖音、微博、微信、B 站、小红书等全域广告投放，扩充投放渠道；积极寻找异业推广合作机会，结合各类新媒体资源、达人资源、IP等进行跨界合作，引入资源、负责谈判跟踪及监督执行整个计划；

6.收集市场同类产品投放信息，即时优化投放策略及广告投放，提高广告投放效率；对推广项目前后数据进行复盘，对项目执行效果进行月度反馈与总结，不断改进及创新 ；

7.公司网站及项目网站定期更新，符合集团的全球网站标准，提供网站运营报告；

8.跨部门沟通与协调，管理供应商。

Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，3-5年以上数字媒介内容投放及运营管理经验；

2.具有媒介策略、新媒体运营等相关经验，广告行业工作经验优先；

3.对数据敏感，具有优秀的数据分析和解读能力；

4.目标导向型，拥有清晰缜密的逻辑思维，有较强的判断力和抗压能力；

5.优秀的沟通协作能力，良好的学习能力及较强的执行力；

6.良好的中英文书面沟通能力。
