Key performance indicators:Start and build distribution, build a business process.

A network of dealers who will sell the equipment, car dealerships, garages, service stations.

Experience in bringing a new brand to the market

Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to bring our products to market.- Setting and achieving sales targets and goals.

- Managing the sales team including hiring, training and motivating employees.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.

- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competition to ensure product competitiveness.

- Organizing marketing and promotional activities to promote products.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years' experience in a senior sales position.

- Proven experience in successfully bringing products to market.

- Strong skills in team management and employee motivation.

- Strong understanding of market trends and competition.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent knowledge of the Region, in particular the automotive industry.
