Position: Ministry Success Coach 

FLSA: Exempt (Not eligible for overtime in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations)

Schedule: This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) will work remotely within the United States. Note: must reside in Illinois, Kansas or Missouri.

Reporting to: Customer Success Manager

The Ministry Success Coach at the Augustine Institute plays a vital role in advancing our mission by ensuring effective utilization of our products within parish and school ministries. This position involves engaging with stakeholders, delivering presentations, and offering strategies to integrate our resources seamlessly into evangelization and formation efforts. The role is remote, covering specific territories, with occasional travel requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Conduct presentations, create tutorial videos, and facilitate webinars/workshops to educate parish, school leaders, and educators on Augustine Institute Curriculum, FORMED, and other offerings.
  2. Proactively engage with current customers to nurture relationships and provide troubleshooting support as necessary.
  3. Lead utilization initiatives, including participation in conferences and events
  4. Maintain meticulous documentation of meetings with parish and school ministries in the CRM system.
  5. Track key metrics, analyze results, and gather customer feedback to address any issues and improve offerings
  6. Act as an expert representative of the Augustine Institute mission, products, and organization.
  7. Communicate important observations and insights to management, escalating issues as needed
  8. Facilitate onsite visits to parishes and travel to in-person training sessions as required. 
  9. While the responsibilities outlined are extensive, they may not cover all potential tasks that may arise.

 

Qualifications: 

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Theology from an accredited university is a strong plus. 
  2. Prior experience in ministry, education, or related field is highly desirable
  3. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, and ability to deliver engaging and informative video presentations
  4. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  5. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience in sales, religious education, and/or K-8 faith-based curriculum is strongly preferred. 
  6. Knowledge of basic sales principles.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  8. Demonstrated flexibility and a collaborative approach as a team player.
  9. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  10. Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of the Catholic Church and diocesan operations.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform typing and use of office equipment, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
  • Travel 20% with occasional overnight stays, including evenings, and/or Saturday work during peak training seasons
