Einleitung

To strengthen our backend team, we are looking for a Software/Operations Allrounder (m/f/x) who not only writes code but actively shapes our backend universe - software and  operational aspects. Your mission

Design and optimize high-performance, innovative software to deliver the ultimate gaming experience
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
Modernize legacy systems to strengthen and future-proof our technology stack
Plan, develop, and deploy new services via RESTful APIs
Collaborate on large-scale, cross-functional development projects
Ensure every deployment is reliable, well-tested, resilient, and thoroughly monitored
Write and maintain deployment code, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab)
Set up and maintain modern logging and observability solutions
Build interfaces to store and visualize application and system metrics
Automate workflows to improve reliability and enhance developer experience
Contribute hands-on in Ruby and Go development
Take initiative and dive deep into the technical details of each project

Your profile

3-5 years experience in Software Development / DevOps engineer
First experience with Ruby, Go, DevOps
First experience with Grafana, Gitlab Pipelines, Helm Deployments, Elastic logs
German and English at a business level
Interest and a basic understanding of the gaming industry
Well-organized Teamplayer with a creative mind 
Bonus: Skills in GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, Bash, and Redis
Bonus: Experience with the Development of websites and web applications
Bonus: Interest in complex systems and keeping the big picture in mind
