Job description

We will trust you with:
  • Owning and executing daily People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, benefits, engagement, and exits;

  • Maintaining accurate employee records, manage HR systems, and streamline policies and documentation;

  • Identifying and closing gaps in the remote and onsite employee experience, creating standardized, scalable workflows;

  • Using people data and insights to continuously improve employees journey and People processes;

  • Ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws, GDPR, and internal policies;

  • Drafting and managing contracts and employment documentation; handling absence tracking (e.g. sick leave, parental leave) and supporting international relocations, visa processes, and benefits like 30% ruling and pensions;

  • Collaborating with Finance and payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution;

  • Being the first point of contact for employee queries related to contracts, payroll, benefits, and compliance;

  • Fostering a healthy, inclusive team culture through well-being programs, appreciation moments, global team events, and collaborative People & Culture initiatives.

Your experience includes:
  • 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, ideally in a scale-up or tech company;

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field;

  • Tech-savvy with HR tools and systems (e.g. HRIS, Google Workspace, Excel);

  • Comfortable handling confidential information with integrity;

  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a big plus;

  • Familiarity with Dutch labor law and HR compliance practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and process ownership, you don’t let things slip through the cracks;
