Job description

The Product Quality Complaint position is responsible for reviewing, evaluating and processing PQC records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Essential functions

  • Receive and log product complaints
  • Lead or support complaint investigations
  • Process PQC records in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Analyze trends in complaints
  • Work within a collaborative PQC team

Necessary Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and industry standards
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and applications

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific or related field of study

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product quality complaints, pharmacovigilance or quality assurance.
