Job description

Ing. Eléctrico/Mecánico/ Electrónico o a fin 

  

Trabajar el área del centro de México hasta el Oeste (Querétaro, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes, Jalisco, San Luis Potosí, Ciudad de México, Estado de México, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Veracruz) 

 

Funciones del puesto: 

  • Acudir en el tiempo especificado por el coordinador de servicio. 

  • Validar tipo de servicio asignado para preparar las herramientas y equipos requeridos. 

  • Brindar soporte y servicio de calidad al cliente. 

  • Realizar reporte de servicio con claridad y documentación necesaria para el cierre adecuado del servicio. 

  • Enviar reporte de servicio al término de su jornada al cliente con copia a Coordinador de servicio y representante de Aftermarket. 

  • Reportarse con el coordinador de servicio al término de su asignación. 

  • Seguimiento de actividades pendientes en sus asignaciones hasta dar cierre satisfactorio con el cliente. 

  • Resguardar y mantener en óptimas condiciones herramientas y equipos proporcionados para su desempeño. 

  • Apegarse a las políticas y código de conducta de la empresa. 

  

Calificaciones necesarias: 

  • 5+ años de experiencia con máquinas de inyección y mantenimiento. 

  • Lectura e interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, hidráulicos y neumáticos. 

  • Estar familiarizado con conceptos básicos de redes como las IPs. 

  • Uso de herramientas de medición especiales como: Multímetro, tacómetro, osciloscopio. 

  

Calificaciones preferidas: 

  • Experiencia en el área de servicio con diferentes clientes no solo en un área. 

  • Familiarizado con Salesforce.
