Accretive Technology Group | Lively Video – Product Marketing Manager

Work Remotely From: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, or Washington.

Company Overview: We are a Seattle-based tech company with over 25 years of proven success. Privately owned, stable, and profitable, we've built our reputation on open-source values, a strong DIY spirit, and a deep respect for craftsmanship. As a market leader in web-based live video streaming, we’re expanding our teams with passionate, empowered individuals who take pride in their work.

ATG's R&D Department, Lively Video, has a specialized division that is at the forefront of redefining online privacy, identity, and safety through innovative technologies such as AI and blockchain. Our mission is to make online identity more secure, private, and protected. Think of us as an R&D group within an R&D group, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the digital world to ensure a safer and more private online experience.

About the Role: We operate with a lean, startup mindset and are looking for a hands-on product marketing manager to elevate our brand presence and drive inbound interest. The role will evolve and expand as the company grows, offering strong potential for advancement.

Key Objectives:

  • Overhaul website messaging and user flows for both product brands
  • Launch and maintain regular, high-quality blog and website content to build inbound leads (SEO, conversion funnels)
  • Professionalize our overall brand, bringing websites and communications up to par with trusted, mature startups
  • Establish and manage inbound marketing processes using AI and automation tools

Ideal Profile:

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing, ideally in a startup or resource-constrained environment
  • Semi-technical: understands how to use AI tools to multiply output and produce expert content efficiently (not a deep technical writer, but AI-literate)
  • Hands-on with marketing automation, Google Analytics, and AI content tools; Mixpanel is a plus
  • Practical skills in Webflow (or similar), Figma, and basic image editing
  • Self-starter, autonomous, thrives with minimal direction and budget
  • Prioritizes inbound/content/brand over outbound sales

Key Intangibles:

  • Scrappy, “builder” mentality
  • Able to manage and professionalize communication for multiple brands
  • Brings a fresh, modern approach to SaaS marketing

Company Benefits/Perks:

  • Employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • Life & Disability Insurance Coverage
  • Health Care FSA
  • Daycare FSA
  • Tradition and Roth 401(k) with a 50% contribution match (no limit)
  • Vacation and PTO plan
  • Paid Holidays
  • Semi-Annual Profit Sharing
  • Gym/Equivalent Exercise Program Reimbursement
  • $175 Transportation Reimbursement ($100 of this may be used for home internet for remote and hybrid employees)
