What We'll Do for You:

Position Summary: |
As the Field Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Member Services field team by providing comprehensive support as well as maintaining and seeking new methods to better serve our members. Your responsibilities will revolve around assisting the Field team in achieving their targets efficiently and effectively. You will be the backbone of the sales process, handling various administrative tasks and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external clients. As a member of the Field Operations team, you will need to: Understand Field Team – facilitate the preparation of our Field team to create and capture demand within their accounts and add value to all clients. Share information – help field team understand and confidently convey the latest and most strategic initiatives, specific offerings and value propositions. Strategy - assist with the creation and improvements to the sales strategy, territory plans, and sales processes so field reps can focus on the job of selling to the right accounts. Process – identify best practices and potential differences per segment that will improve win rates or shorten deal time |
