We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Risk Scheduling Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling and rescheduling of pending withdrawals using various relevant tools and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with the company’s financial targets. This role involves monitoring daily withdrawal activities, collaborating with various departments, and providing support in producing reports and addressing ad hoc requests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage the scheduling of pending withdrawals using bulk action tools, ensuring transactions are processed within specified timeframes.
  • Reschedule withdrawals as necessary in response to changing priorities or targets, aligning actions with company objectives.
  • Continuously monitor the status of scheduled and pending withdrawals to ensure compliance with financial targets.
  • Report any discrepancies, issues, or potential risks related to withdrawal processing to the relevant Seniors.
  • Respond to and escalate requests from your Team Lead or other relevant departments, adjusting withdrawal schedules or actions as needed to meet the set requirements.
  • Adhere to internal policies, external regulations, and risk/ anti-fraud measures in all withdrawal scheduling activities.
  • Take appropriate action on flagged transactions, such as duplicates identified through tools like Zimpler, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Efficiently use bulk action tools to handle high volumes of withdrawal transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Conduct quality checks on bulk actions to minimize errors and ensure all transactions are executed as intended and in accordance to the guidelines.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the Withdrawal Analyst Manager, other team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on withdrawal schedules.
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at your level to ensure prompt resolution of the matter.
  • Stay informed about new tools, processes, and regulatory changes related to withdrawal scheduling and risk management.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
