We are seeking a Practice Director to join our team! You will be responsible for the quality and quick turnaround of our diagnostics report.

Responsibilities:

Ensure quick turnaround of quality reports to our referring physicians

Review report for any error and or completeness
Monitor Physician workflow and schedules
Communicate with Customers and their technical & Operational staff
Manage referring physician or diagnostic service provider inquiries
Identify and escalate technical, clinical and operational issues
Participate in quality reviews
Manage Internal Practice staff workflow and schedules

Qualifications:

Previous experience with X-Rays and Ultrasounds.
Familiarity with PACS/RIS system
Ability to connect and work with Physicians
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and written communication
