Role Title – Change Management Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

Skill and Experience

10 years’ experience as a project resource delivering information system projects. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the projects that total at least 10 years. The response should include specific details of work performed.
7 years’ experience as a change management specialist performing stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 7 years. At least 3 years of experience should include working within a healthcare environment. The response should include specific details of work performed.
2 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate long-term or homecare patient registration. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years. The response should include specific details of work performed.
3 years’ experience developing and delivering end user training. Experience should include the assessment of training needs, development of training materials, and delivery of training one-on-one or in a classroom setting. 2 years’ experience implementing the Procura suite of products in a long term care environment.
