Compensation:
USD 1.25K - 2K/month.

Location:
Remote for Colombia, Brasil, Panamá, México, Chile, Perú, Ecuador, and Argentina residents.

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting analysis.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
  • English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

  • Design, create, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other tools as needed.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
  • Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline reporting workflows and increase scalability.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions.
  • Perform regular audits and validation checks to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to interpret reports and use reporting tools effectively.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation).
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is required.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
