KD Care Community ABA Services provides high-quality ABA therapy to children across Southeast Michigan. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a passionate, organized, and driven recruiter who can help us find top-tier clinical and administrative talent — especially RBTs and BCBAs — to support our growing team and the families we serve.
About The Role
You will be the primary point of contact for new candidates applying to roles at KD Care. From sourcing and screening to interviews and credential verification, you’ll manage the full recruitment process. Your role is essential to keeping our hiring engine running and ensuring the best candidates join our mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and admin roles (focus on BCBAs, RBTs, support staff)
Post and manage job listings across external sites and social platforms
Screen incoming applicants within 1 business day
Source passive candidates via databases, job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct virtual interviews using our structured guides
