Requirements

Over 8 years of hands-on experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID) and IBM BPM/BAW, including expertise in Business Process Definitions (BPDs), Human Services, Coaches, and Decision Services.
Solid background in IBM WebSphere Process Server and WebSphere Application Server.
In-depth understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) with a focus on service-driven design.
Proficient in Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, XPath, and SQL.
Skilled in developing and consuming SOAP/RESTful web services, working with IBM MQ, and integrating with JDBC/system adapters.
Experience using version control systems such as Git and SVN, and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, UrbanCode Deploy, and Maven.
Active participant in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills applied across all stages of development and support.
Design, develop, and deploy process-centric and integration solutions using IBM IID and IBM BPM/BAW.
Lead the implementation of Business Process Definitions (BPDs), Advanced Integration Services, Human Tasks, and Business Rules.
Develop robust integrations leveraging SOAP/REST services, IBM MQ, JDBC, and system adapters.
Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and optimize application performance.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Development, Testing, and Production environments.
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and continuous improvement.
