What will you do?

Design and implement backend APIs and orchestration layers for distributed systems.
Architect and maintain secure, high-performance deployment pipelines and service lifecycles.
Build and manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure, driving custom automation where needed.
Enable seamless cloud-edge communication using event-driven systems (MQTT, Kafka, NATS).
Actively collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineers in a fast-paced, agile setting.

Requisitos

What do you need?

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in backend engineering.
Proven expertise in Go or similar languages such as Python, .NET, or Java.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and distributed event-driven systems is a strong plus.
Bonus: Familiarity with custom Kubernetes Operators or advanced distributed systems design.
Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and pragmatic problem-solving.
Eagle-eye attention to detail and the ambition to deliver at pace.
Self-starter: continuous learner who thrives in a networked, agile start-up setting.
Fluent English (C1 required). German is a plus.
