Job description

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals fluent in Swedish to join their dynamic team in Athens, Greece. As a Slovenian Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer. Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide support.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues by utilizing problem-solving skills and collaborating with relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and share insights to enhance overall customer support quality.

Requirements:
