Your Role

This role is equal parts strategist and do-er. You’ll manage hundreds of campaigns, craft thousands of touchpoints, and design automations so efficient they feel like magic. We’re not looking for someone to just keep the CRM clean—we’re looking for someone to grow revenue on autopilot.

You’ll own and scale our cold outbound engine—building campaigns that drive demand from universities, bootcamps, and other education providers looking to empower their learners through virtual internships.

Using tools like Clay and Instantly, you’ll build tech-powered workflows that don’t just generate leads—they create meaningful relationships at scale. Your systems will feed our Partnerships team with a consistent stream of qualified opportunities and directly impact how we connect the next generation of interns to life-changing experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design, execute, and scale cold email campaigns that generate high-quality leads from prospects in the US, UK, and other parts of the world
  • Operationalize a scalable playbook to convert B2B traffic from LinkedIn, webinars/lead magnets, SEO content, and website visitors into qualified leads.
  • Own end-to-end execution of our pre- and post-conference outreach campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights that improve conversion rates and drive measurable results.
  • Innovate using AI-driven tools to personalize campaigns and unlock exponential growth.

Who We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in outbound marketing, sales ops, or SDR roles
  • Clay-certification and/or 1+ years of experience using Clay
  • Experimentation-mindset, continuously asking “could it work better if we changed this trigger” or “ what if we tested different email copy using this new AI writer”
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and drive informed decisions for campaigns/re-evaluating ICPs

You stand out from the crowd if:

  • You have a track record of running campaigns aimed at university leadership (e.g. Provosts, Deans, Career Services, Employability teams)
  • You have experience as a GTM Operator/Engineer either in-house or for a B2B outbound agency
  • You have experience using Instantly, Apollo, and/or Hubspot
