About this Role: 

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager with a dual focus: 1) Own the vision, evolution, and user experience of our Analytics Dashboard, and 2) collaborate with our Marketing Services team to ensure our product capabilities amplify the impact of SEO, content, local listings, PPC/LSA, and reputation management. 

This role sits at the intersection of product innovation and applying digital marketing at scale, supporting both internal teams and external client success. 

Product Managers are leaders that push the envelope and move the needle. As key decision-makers at Centerbase, they combine their intellectual aptitude, business insight, analytical skills, and technical understanding to formulate strategies that support and strengthen the company’s overall vision. As a voice of the product and the user, they listen to concerns and needs while having a “knack” for what will work. The leadership they exhibit, by persuading and aligning management, stakeholders, & internal teams, enables their teams to design, develop, and deliver competitive products. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Digital Strategy Consulting & Internal Enablement 

  • Partner with Marketing Services leads to align product capabilities with digital campaign needs (SEO, PPC, LSA, content, link building, local listings)
  • Represent the voice of digital marketers inside the product team – ensuring features help improve campaign performance and customer transparency
  • Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and internal enablement around our analytics stack and digital KPIs
  • Support Sales and CSMs by articulating the value of marketing data and reporting to customers

 

Product Ownership 

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Legalfit’s Reporting Dashboard to reinforce marketing products
  • Translate customer and internal feedback into actionable user stories and product specs
  • Prioritize initiatives using a blend of customer impact, marketing performance metrics, and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases
  • Monitor product usage, identify friction points, and iterate to improve customer value and retention

 

Requirements: 

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing or analytics platforms, 
    • Bonus: if you have 1–2 years of product management experience in SaaS
  • Working knowledge of:
    • SEO (on-site/off-site), content strategy, PPC/LSA advertising
    • Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, BrightLocal, or related platforms
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements
  • Solid ability to communicate effectively and at a relatable level with internal teams, management and customers 
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional agile teams that deliver user-facing products
  • Ability to usually make correct sound decisions even in the presence of major ambiguity
  • Ability to frame the right questions, evaluate multiple facets of a problem, derive solutions, and simulate possible outcomes
  • Confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas will and won’t work
  • Can empathize with the user(s) of the system to determine solutions that provide value
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects

 

Nice to have: 

  • Prior experience in a marketing agency, in-house marketing team, or MarTech company
  • Experience working with legal industry clients or service-based SMBs
  • Familiarity with customer reporting portals or marketing automation tools
