Job description

Account Manager

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Remote Account Manager to assist a marketing company with a variety of administrative tasks. This position will primarily involve generating reports, analyzing marketing data, and crafting engaging PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of spreadsheet formulas, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. You will be working 40 hours per week during US business hours and get paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain comprehensive reports to track performance metrics and project progress.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for strategy improvements.
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Manage pre-approval submissions to ensure they are sent to the correct manufacturers and dealers.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure items are dispatched to the appropriate dealers for high-profile clients.
  • Assist in administrative tasks to support the Account Management team and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records related to client accounts and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or account management role.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced spreadsheet formulas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce and Hubspot
