Position Summary

As Account-Based Marketer (ABM) you will be part of our APAC marketing team, focused on North Asia (Japan, Korea, Greater China) for all of our product lines. In this role, you'll develop and execute highly targeted ABM campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth among strategic accounts. You'll collaborate closely with sales, channel partners, and global marketing teams to deliver personalised experiences that accelerate opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about localising global campaigns for regional success.

In This Role, You Will: 
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies tailored to high-priority accounts in North Asia, aligned with regional sales goals.
  • Build and manage marketing relationships with key customers and resellers across Japan, Korea, and Greater China.
  • Create localized campaigns and partner marketing plans to drive demand, awareness, and pipeline.
  • Lead and support field marketing initiatives, including in-person and virtual events, executive roundtables, and regional trade shows.
  • Align closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives are tightly integrated with account strategies and provide timely insights and campaign updates.
  • Personalized campaigns and messaging for local markets and audiences, ensuring cultural and language alignment.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize results and measure return on investment.

What You Bring:
  • Fluency in English and one of these languages: Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in account-based or partner marketing roles within the technology or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing targeted, multi-channel ABM programs.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and experience with co-marketing and channel enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills – able to turn insights into action and communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in a highly collaborative, global team.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the drive to build, test, learn, and iterate.
