Requirements

  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially within healthcare, telemedicine, or pharmacy settings.
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction and care.
  • Familiarity with digital healthcare services and customer support platforms is a plus.
