About the Client

Our client is a US-based consultancy that helps fast-growing companies get the most out of their NetSuite systems. With a focus on ERP and CRM for eCommerce, B2B, and multi-channel businesses, they specialize in making operations smoother, automating processes, and ensuring platforms scale as companies grow. Their services span from implementation and customization to ongoing support, integration, and strategic enhancements.

About the Role

Were looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to support a managed services engagement for one of their clients based in Brazil. You'll be working closely with the Brazil-based client and the US-based consulting team, providing hands-on support, system enhancements, and strategic guidance.

You'll be expected to manage ongoing issues, lead process optimizations, and collaborate closely with both client and internal teams. You'll also help shape internal documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing materials like SOPs and case studies.

This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension, depending on project needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the main NetSuite point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest optimizations.
  • Lead post-implementation support, including automations, minor customizations, and integrations.
  • Deliver training and user support to improve adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with both the US-based team and the clients internal teams to manage system enhancements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and issue resolutions.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in NetSuite consulting, administration, or ERP support roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships, balancing day-to-day support with long-term improvement initiatives.
  • Strong process documentation skillsSOPs, training guides, and internal playbooks.
  • Confident communicator who can translate business problems into NetSuite solutions.
  • Comfort working with a variety of stakeholdersoperations, finance, IT, and technical teams.
  • Portuguese proficiency is considered a plus.

This role is open only to candidates residing in the Philippines or Brazil.

*Work schedule follows Eastern Time and Brazil (BRT) hours.
