At least 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solution Consulting., Proven track record with enterprise or regional SaaS clients., Fluency in Mandarin is required; Cantonese is a plus., Strong understanding of renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells in a commercial SaaS environment..
Key responsibilities:
Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise clients in the APAC region.
Lead customer success activities post-implementation, including product adoption and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and manage renewal cycles.
Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and provide feedback for product development.
