Our client, a leading provider of innovative solutions in DataOps, Analytics, RPA, Digital Transformation, GenAI, and Copilot, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join their team and drive sales growth in a designated region of the United States.

Your responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle sales: You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, with the support of internal sales and marketing teams.
  • Key account management: You will manage and grow relationships with key accounts in your region, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market development: You will identify and develop new business opportunities in your region, expanding the company's reach and customer base.
  • Sales strategy execution: You will execute the company's sales strategy in your region, adapting it to local market conditions and customer needs.
  • Sales reporting and forecasting: You will provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to the CRO, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record: At least 5 years of experience in selling to and closing deals with Fortune 1000 companies, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Industry expertise: Experience in selling solutions in DataOps, Analytics, RPA, Digital Transformation, GenAI, or Copilot is highly desirable.
  • Hunter mentality: A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales, with a strong drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Relationship-building skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude: Familiarity with the technologies and solutions offered by the company, as well as the ability to conduct online demos and presentations.
