Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field., CPA License or progress towards obtaining a license, with passing all four CPA exam parts preferred., Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating leadership and strong analytical skills., Proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS, with strong communication and organizational skills..
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and review staff deliverables for accuracy, providing feedback and guidance.
Lead the planning and execution of audits according to standards.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact when appropriate.
Identify process improvements and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
